Until Further Notice
Corpse Call, your favorite ezine of horror fiction written from the corpse’s POV, has stopped accepting or posting new fiction.
We have been served with a search warrant in a lesbian mystery novel by Rosalyn Wraight. Detective Laura McCallister is on the case, and trust me, you do not want to mess with her!
How the hell were we supposed to know that some lunatic was actually doing what they wrote?
Granted, as a new fiction blog, we were not doing well at all—monetize, schmonitize! And we probably would have accepted stories about the maiming of dear ol’ Bambie. But we would not have posted anything by a certain user! Fiction, man, fiction! However, as soon as the cops give us the nod, we will repost the stories in question. Truth is indeed stranger than fiction.
Rosalyn Wraight’s novel is supposed to be out soon. Maybe then, we’ll get our ezine back. And I assure you, we will be very, very discriminating.
Sincerely,
Frank and Roger

Update:
The novel, Corpse Call, has been released, but apparently Detective McCallister is not too keen on us continuing our website as usual. (Something about reading Agatha Christie instead. Uh huh.) However, you can nab a 4-chapter sample of the lesbian mystery here. You can get the ebook and/or paperback via the links in the righthand menu.
